Healthy Eating On The Road

Healthy eating has become a priority in my life once I really took on board the old saying “Your are what you eat!” and when at home, I find that I can be in control of this and can be an innovative as I like. However, when traveling, it becomes a lot more difficult.

I came across this great little video of a guy who is on the road but is still eating healthily. What a way to go! Traveling around the countryside in a Winnebago campervan/motor home, making healthy snacks by the side of the road. So many people are concerned or confused about how to maintain a healthy eating regime when they are touring and this guy certainly shows how easily it can be done.

And so, a delightful friend invited us over for dinner the other night and I asked what I could contribute. The answer was “Perhaps a dip of your creation or manifestation would be lovely.”

I thought, “Oh dear, what do I have in the fridge? What’s in the cupboard? I’m overdue to do shopping – didn’t have time – so what can I create?”

Well, I did have some beetroot, onions, chickpea flour, some herbs growing in my garden and “Voila!” A magnificent healthy dip – “Beetroot Dip & Chickpea Flatbread.” It was all done with little effort and in a very short period of time. I took it along that evening and everyone commented how delicious it was and it disappeared remarkably quickly!

You can check out the recipe on my Healthy Eating Guide page.

I’m a bit short on time at the moment, so have been slow in updating my blog so I do apologise and will endeavour to make up for it.

Until next time.

Consciousness Shift

I am sitting here today at my computer looking out at the glorious bush with the sun streaming through and the gentle breeze blowing, the birds calling and dashing here and there, and am feeling overwhelmed with contemplation.

The other day, I received a beautiful canvas in the mail as a gift from Don Tolman. All students who enrolled in the Tolman Academy when it was first launched in November last year received one. It is an absolutely beautiful piece of work and its title is:

Gaea Speaks – A Mother’s Call
A Return to the Matriot Cause

Matriot (ma´ – tri – at) noun 1: One who loves his or her country. 2: One who loves and protects the people of his or her country. 3: One who perceives national defense as health, education, and shelter of all people in his or her country. (Orig. FPA, 1991)

Gaea Speaks: A Mother's Call

Gaea Speaks: A Mother's Call

The last line “A Return to the Matriot Cause” has struck my soul – you see, today is Anzac Day here in Australia and over in the school oval near my property, there have been remembrance speeches given, the Last Post being played on a bugle and there was a military band playing.

It is a day to remember all those brave young men who have fought in all the wars, and how ironic when I think of “A Return to the Matriot Cause”.

The celebrations of Anzac Day are growing each year, with more and more young people becoming involved in the celebrations. I can’t help feel that this is being socially engineered, showing younger generations that we still need to fight for our country’s freedom and to kill the “enemy” – this is so very wrong.

We need to grow in our consciousness.  We need to realize that wars are created by kings and queens and others in power on a “chess board” and our beloved family members who go off to “fight for our country” are just pawns on the board – cannon fodder!  Wars are political, they are money spinners and are about manipulation for more and more control in our daily lives.

Consciousness is shifting and we are now leaving the energies of the patriarchal society behind and moving into the matriarchal society – the feminine energy, the loving, caring and nurturing, the “Return of the Matriot Cause”. Let us put down our weapons of war, and connect at the heart and move forward. It is time!

I feel sure the spirits of those departed would want nothing more than to know there will never be another war, that their war was the last!

Until next time,

Been and Gone and More People Aware!

It has been ages since I updated my blog – so now I am back to say that Don Tolman’s tour has been an incredible success.  More and more people are listening to his words of wisdom and waking up to all that is about health care and education and to the corruption in the “medical industry”!

Those of us who are students in the Tolman Academy had a private meeting with Don prior to the public meeting where he passed on some of his nuggets of wisdom!  What insight and understanding he has – such a delightful humble man.  I was fortunate enough to have been presented an award from Don which is a beautiful Himalayan Rock Salt Candle which proudly sits on my desk purifying the air as I work on my computer.

Something that caught my attention – he talked about a lady who was paralysed and had been in a wheelchair for 35 years, and through Don’s care and education, she has now recovered mobility and runs several kilometres along the beach every day.  I shall certainly be following that one up to know how that was possible through the re-joining of nerve-endings.

In the meantime, have you watched the Jamie Oliver video on my Good Info page? Or the amazing movie The World According To Monsanto?

I have some great information to post – just need to go through all the stuff I have collected recently, so do join my blog (enter your email on the RH side) so that you will receive automatic updates whenever I do a post and also I invite you to post your comments or to email me so that we can share all this good information.

Until next time.

A Very Exciting Upcoming Event

Are you aware that we are now at a crossroads in time? We either wake up to what’s happening in our world or we lose control of our lives, on every level!

As Henry Kissinger said back in the 1970’s…

“Control the oil and you can control entire continents (but) control food and you control the people…”

Don covering the importance of natural Whole Foods

Over the weekend, I watched two DVD’s that quite shocked me. Even though I am aware about how our food supply is controlled, I was not aware how so few people control the world food supply – more on these videos in a future post. However, there is a solution! We can take back control of our food and our health.  Forget about the Government and their supposed “Health Reform” – they don’t have our interests at heart – we are the only ones responsible for our own health and well being!

And that is why I am so passionate about Don Tollman’s message of “whole food nutrition”!

And there is some exciting news recently announced…

on Mon 19th, Tue 20th and Wed 21st April

Some of the topics he will be discussing are:

  • The root cause of all major diseases, and how to heal them naturally… for good. Don will give us the information to potentially eliminate any symptoms, illness or disease we may currently have, and prevent any illness and disease in the future. (And we’ll understand why Don never gets sick!)
  • Learn why it was commonplace for communities like the Ancient North Americans & Incans to live to 120 years old and beyond. This information will also allow us to potentially slow down and even reverse the aging process.
  • Mind-blowing Egyptian wisdom of limb regeneration and explore how a young boy proved these techniques to be 100% in the modern day world.
  • Why people get the flu as part of the body’s natural process… and why the flu epidemics are being artificially caused.
  • Find out the simple yet profound life rituals that Don uses every day to prevent disease.. and how we can too!
  • Learn about the amazing, every day foods which target weight loss, remiss symptoms of heart disease, quickly relieve eczema, psoriases and other skin conditions, can turbo-boost our brain power, cleanse and rejuvenate our body, rapidly build lean muscle mass for body builders, repair your vision naturally… and more!

I urge you to book into one of these events – from what I have already gleaned from Don’s seminars and webinars, I am sure you will be truly blown away by his knowledge and wisdom, as well as being so thoroughly entertained – it will change your life!

You can book now for a complimentary ticket and receive a free gift –

and please pass this along to all your friends – we need to spread the word!

I look forward to seeing you there.

Until next time,

Sweet and Juicy

In our area this season we had an absolute abundance of mangoes.  People were giving them away – beautiful delicious juicy sweet mangoes and I certainly indulged!   Besides eating them fresh, I was chopping them up and freezing them, later to eat them half  frozen – just like an icecream – hmmm, so cooling during this hot humid weather we have been having.

I also pondered on the reason why there was such a massive crop this season – the Universe provides what we need – and when we tune in to Gaea we become so aware of what is around us.  It just takes an awareness to observe.

Having said that, I thought you might enjoy some Pearls of Wisdom from Don (below).

Until next time,

Whole Foods are pure Lifeforce

From the desk of Don Tolman 18th March, 2010

Whole foods are the best way to get nutrient density into the human body

“There is always a best way of doing everything.”Ralph Waldo Emerson.

Among the thousands of different whole foods our world provides, each contain most of the nutrients our bodies need.  This means that you could choose just one wholefood and go on a mono-diet for an extended period of time and get all the nutrition you need from that single food.

Whole Foods are the Most Nutrient Dense
Nutrient density is a measure of the amount of nutrients a food contains in comparison to the number of calories. Nutritional electrical frequency that the cells can recognise is what’s important not calories. Whole foods from nature’s table are pure life-force. By eating whole foods, you’ll get all the essential nutrients that you need for vibrant health, including vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, essential fatty acids, fiber and more – without the empty calories.  Foodless foods and lifeless drinks eventually lead to disease.

The Healthiest Foods are Whole Foods
The healthiest foods are whole foods complete with all their rich natural endowment of nutrients. They have not been highly processed nor do they contain synthetic, artificial or irradiated ingredients. The ultimate way to obtain maximum nutrition is to buy “earth friendly grown” foods, since they not only promote your health, but also the health of our planet, from which the whole foods come.

The Healthiest Foods are Readily Available
Although there are many foods that are exceptionally nutritious, many of them are not readily available at all times throughout the year. Whole food is seasonal for good reason.  It’s the way mother nature intended.  The key is to always seek out foods that are ‘in-season’ that are fresh and locally grown.  Find and support your local farmer’s markets and growers.

The Healthiest Foods are Affordable
By supporting your local growers, not only will you benefit from quality, fresh produce that has not been packaged, shipped thousands of miles and stored, but it will save you money by cutting out the middle man.

Spiritual Food Preparation – Made with Love

I just remembered that I had this brilliant story by Sally Fallon filed away and want to share it with you:

I’d like to end with a wonderful quote about cooking from an esoteric source: “If a woman could see the sparks of light going forth from her fingertips when she is cooking, and the substance of light that goes into the food she handles, she would be amazed to see how much of herself she charges into the meals that she prepares for her family and friends. It is one of the most important and least understood activities of life, that the radiation and feeling that go into the preparation of food affect everyone who partakes of it. And this activity should be unhurried, peaceful, and happy because the substance of the lifestream performing the service flows into that food and is eaten, and actually becomes part of the energy of the receiver. It would be better that an individual did not eat at all than to eat food that has been prepared under a feeling of anger, apathy, resentment, depression, or any outward pressure.” (Maha Chohan, Electrons)

Think of the vibration that in all this food that is made in factories. Nourishing foods starts with the way we farm—the farmer who farms with wisdom and love for the land, the dairyman who farms with love for his animals, the cheese maker who makes cheese with the love of her craft, the baker who bakes with the love of the final product, the beverage maker who makes the type of delicious and nutritious beverage that should be produced in every town and hamlet. Traditional processing puts not only good nutrition, but the vibration of love into our food.

To continue with our quote. “The energy goes into the food and when it is eaten by the receiver actually blesses the receiver. That is why the advanced spiritual teachers of the East never eat food prepared by anyone other than their own chelas (disciples). The person preparing the food may be the only one in the household who is spiritually advanced (this is often the case). An active charge of happiness, purity, and peace will pour forth into the food from him, and this pours forth into the other members of the family and blesses them. There are more ways than one of allowing the Spirit of God to enter the flesh of man.”

So I hope that from what I have shown you, you will turn away from godless food. Someone from the family needs to get back in the kitchen. It doesn’t mean you have to spend hours in the kitchen, but you need to spend some time in the kitchen preparing food with love, food that has been grown with love and prepared with wisdom and love. If no one in the family has time to go into the kitchen and prepare food, you need to sit down and rethink how you are spending your time because there is simply no other way to get nourishing foods into our children.

The situation is really very critical. If we don’t return to good eating practices one mouth at a time, one meal at a time, one farm at a time, preparing our own food and preparing it properly, there is not going to be another generation.

Till next time

Juicy bits – from today’s webinar with Don.

As you know from my previous post, I am having C a b a l a daily.

(C for carrots,  A for red, green and yellow apples, B for beetroot and L for lemon)

As I do not have a juicer at the moment, I decided to use my Vitamix Blender which makes up a very thick drink – like a thick-shake, and I need to add some water to it.  It is absolutely delicious and addictive – the lemon gives it a tangy fresh flavour.

So, my question I had for Don this morning on his live webinar was:

“Is pure juice or Vitamized juice more effective?” Well, the brilliant answer from the man who seems to have unlimited knowledge and experience in the area of health and ancient wisdom was:

“What are you trying to do? Are you healing your body? Wanting more energy, etc.?”

In whichever case, his answer was:

The Vitamized juice is the most nutritious as it contains all the fibre and it helps cleanse the body.  However, the body uses 80-90% of its electrical energy to move the food through the body, and the healing is slower.

The pure juice moves through the body more quickly and takes less energy.

However,  just pure water does not require much of the body’s energy, hence the body heals much more quickly.

Makes sense doesn’t it?

He also mentioned about observing nature.  What happens when animals are sick? They lie down and rest and do not consume any food, until they start feeling better!

More to come.

Until next time.
